Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups of flour
- 3 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup of pumpkin puree
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until fully mixed without lumps.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter into small lightly greased pan and cook on medium. Once lightly brown, flip to other side. Once lightly brown, remove from pan.
- Put any toppings of your choosing and enjoy.
